WS-Series – The simple solution

The injectors of the WS-Series are made in belt widths of 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm and are equipped with 10 to 320 needles. The mechanical adjustment of the pressure, of the belt speed and the passage height ensure easy handling and a low cost service. 

S-Series – The golden mean

The injectors of the S-Series are produced in the bandwidths of 450 mm and 600 mm and are equipped with 30 to 320 needles. The brine injection pressure, the belt speed and the needle-head speed are controlled by using a microprocessor. Optionally, you can use our PLC control system, which allows a complete process monitoring and server connectivity for remote maintenance.   

IS-Series – The ultimate solution

The injectors of the IS-Series are equipped with the latest technology. The IS-Series is manufactured in the belt widths of 450 mm, 600 mm, 900 mm and 1200 mm and is mostly used in the industry. Needle-heads with 83 to 1008 needles provide extremely high output per hour with a fine injection pattern on the product. Automatic or preset adjustments to the pump, the belt speed, the head speed and the passage height are controlled by the PLC system. Furthermore, the entire process can be directly analyzed and stored by connecting to the computer system. The IS-Series is available with many options.
